Telugu superstar Ram Charan was mobbed by his fans when he visited Apollo Hospital to meet his wife, Upasana Konidela, and their newborn twins, a viral video shows. Ram Charan and his two-year-old daughter Klin Kaara found themselves in a difficult situation after the two were mobbed by fans outside the hospital in Hyderabad. The video making rounds on social media shows that the news of Ram Charan's arrival at the hospital invited huge crowds outside the hospital, turning an emotional family moment into a tense situation despite tight security. The video shows fans pushing and moving to come in proximity with the RRR star which turned the situation unsafe and uncomfortable for him.

Ram Charan, daughter stuck in middle of chaos

As soon as Ram Charan stepped out of his car with his daughter Klin in his arms, fans jostled around him. The viral video showed Ram Charan tightly holding Klin Kaara in his arms as the child looked visibly scared due to the crowd coming closer to her. Despite the presence of security personnel, fans blocked his way, which left the RRR actor irritated. The 40-year-old actor partially covered his daughter’s face to shield her from the crowd. Her face was partially covered with a red cloth to shield her from the crowd.

An upset and worried Ram Charan was seen doing his best to protect his daughter from getting hurt in the large crowd and at one point, he pushed back and asked people to clear the way. Ram Charan was seen gently pushing his way through the crowd and repeatedly requesting people to step back, while ensuring Klin Kaara remained safe.

Fans call it reckless behaviour

After the video spread online, many social media users reacted strongly. People were angry at the crowd for their behaviour. Many said the scene was “dangerous” and “reckless behavior”. Fans felt the safety of a small child was ignored. Several users said love for a star should never put a child at risk. An internet user of X (formerly Twitter) wrote, “This is outrageous by any standard.”

Ram Charan, wife welcome twins

Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela have become parents to twins, a baby boy and a baby girl. The duo shared the news with a collaborative post on their respective Instagram handles on Sunday. "Happy to share that we have been blessed with a baby boy & girl. Having two daughters and a son fills us with immense gratitude," it read.

"The women in our life have been our greatest strength. I’m very thankful to all our fans, family and well-wishers who have stood by us and supported us through every moment," it added.

Ram Charan's father and renowned actor Chiranjeevi also uploaded a post on his X handle, announcing the news. "With immense joy and a heart full of gratitude, we are happy to share that @AlwaysRamCharan and @upasanakonidela have been blessed with twins - a baby boy and a baby girl," he wrote in the caption.

"Both the babies and the mother are healthy and doing well. Welcoming these little ones into our family is a moment of pure joy and divine blessing for us as grandparents. We sincerely thank everyone for their prayers, love, blessings and good wishes -Chiranjeevi & Surekha," he added.

Charan, 40 and Kamineni 36, got married in 2012 and welcomed their first daughter, Klin Kaara Konidela, in 2023. The duo announced the news of the second pregnancy with a post on their respective Instagram handles in October 2025.
