Raksha Bandhan special train 2025 list: To handle the expected rise in passenger traffic during Raksha Bandhan 2025, Indian Railways has announced a series of special trains across multiple routes. These trains aim to provide additional connectivity for festive travel. The services include both one-time trips and daily operations, covering key routes such as Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Jaipur, and Madgaon.

Bhagat Ki Kothi–Bandra Terminus special
Train number 04827 will depart Bhagat Ki Kothi at 14:30 hrs on 10 August 2025 and reach Bandra Terminus at 07:25 hrs the next day. The return service, train number 04828, will leave Bandra Terminus at 10:30 hrs on 11 August and reach Bhagat Ki Kothi at 16:30 hrs on 12 August.


Halts include Luni, Pali Marwar, Marwar Jn., Rani, Falna, Jawai Bandh, Pindwara, Abu Road, Palanpur, Mahesana, Sabarmati, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Vapi and Borivali. This train will have 18 coaches.

Udaipur City–Jaipur special
Train number 09601 will depart Udaipur at 20:25 hrs on 9 August 2025 and arrive in Jaipur at 06:50 hrs the next day. Stops include Ranapratapnagar, Mavli Junction, Kapasan, Bhilwara, Bijainagar, Nasirabad, Ajmer, and Kishangarh. The train has 22 coaches.

Jaipur–Bandra Terminus special
Train number 09725 will depart Jaipur at 08:25 hrs on 10 August 2025 and reach Bandra Terminus at 04:55 hrs the next day. Train number 09726 will run in the reverse direction, leaving Bandra at 09:30 hrs on 11 August and reaching Jaipur at 06:45 hrs the next day. Stops include Kishangarh, Ajmer, Nasirabad, Bijainagar, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi, and Borivali. The train has 22 coaches.

Hisar–Hadapsar Superfast special
Train number 04725 will depart Hisar at 05:50 hrs on 10 August 2025 and reach Hadapsar at 10:45 hrs on 11 August. The return train 04726 will depart Hadapsar at 17:00 hrs on 11 August and arrive at Hisar at 22:25 hrs on 12 August.

Stops include Sadulpur, Loharu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur, Ratlam, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi, Kalyan, Lonavala, Chinchwad, and Pune. The train has 22 coaches.

Anand Vihar–Patna special (daily service)
Train number 04090 will depart Anand Vihar daily from 8 August to 20 November 2025 at 14:25 hrs and reach Patna Junction at 11:00 hrs the next day. Train number 04089 will depart Patna daily from 9 August to 21 November 2025 at 18:20 hrs and reach Anand Vihar at 14:50 hrs the next day.

Stops include Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ghazipur City, Ballia, Sahatwar, Suremanpur, and Chhapra. The train has 22 coaches.

CSMT–Nagpur special (single trip)
Train number 01123 will depart CSMT Mumbai at 00:20 hrs on 9 August 2025 and reach Nagpur at 15:30 hrs the same day. Train number 01124 will depart Nagpur at 14:30 hrs on 10 August and reach CSMT Mumbai at 05:25 hrs the next day.

Stops include Dadar, Thane, Kalyan, Nashik Road, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Shegaon, Akola, Badnera, and Wardha. It has 22 coaches.

CSMT–Nagpur special (two trips)
Train number 02139 will run from CSMT Mumbai to Nagpur on 15 and 17 August 2025. It will leave at 00:20 hrs and arrive at 15:30 hrs the same day. The return train 02140 will depart Nagpur at 20:00 hrs on both days and reach CSMT Mumbai at 13:30 hrs next day.

The halt stations and coach composition are the same as the earlier CSMT–Nagpur special.

CSMT–Kolhapur special
Train number 01417 will leave CSMT Mumbai at 22:30 hrs on 8 August 2025 and arrive at Kolhapur at 10:15 hrs the next day. The return train 01418 will leave Kolhapur at 16:40 hrs on 10 August and reach CSMT Mumbai at 04:45 hrs the next day.

Stops include Pune, Satara, Karad, Sangli, and Miraj. This service also consists of 22 coaches.

Mumbai LTT–Madgaon special (one trip)
Train number 01125 will depart LTT Mumbai at 22:15 hrs on 14 August 2025 and reach Madgaon at 12:45 hrs the next day. Return service 01126 will depart Madgaon at 13:40 hrs on 15 August and reach LTT Mumbai at 04:05 hrs next day.

Halts include Panvel, Roha, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, and Thivim. The train has a 1st AC, pantry, and generator car.

LTT Mumbai–Madgaon special (second trip)
Train number 01127 will depart LTT Mumbai at 22:15 hrs on 16 August 2025 and reach Madgaon at 12:45 hrs the next day. The return train 01128 will depart Madgaon at 13:40 hrs on 17 August and reach LTT Mumbai at 04:05 hrs next day.

Stops and coach composition remain the same as the first trip.

Pune–Nagpur special (one trip)
Train number 01469 will depart Pune at 19:55 hrs on 8 August 2025 and reach Nagpur at 14:45 hrs next day. Train number 01470 will depart Nagpur at 13:00 hrs on 10 August and reach Pune at 05:20 hrs next day.

Stops include Daund, Ahmednagar, Manmad, Bhusaval, Shegaon, Akola, and Wardha. The train has 22 coaches.

Pune–Nagpur special (two trips)
Train number 01439 will run from Pune to Nagpur on 14 and 16 August 2025. It will leave at 19:55 hrs and arrive at 14:45 hrs next day. Return train number 01440 will leave Nagpur at 16:15 hrs on 15 and 17 August 2025 and arrive in Pune at 07:20 hrs the next day.

The route and coach composition are the same as the earlier Pune–Nagpur train.
