Rakhi Sawant's husband Adil Khan Durrani arrested, here is why

Former Bigg Boss star Rakhi Sawant confirmed in a statement that her husband Adil Khan Durrani has been arrested. Adil was in her house when the Oshiwara Police arrested him, Rakhi said. Rakhi also admitted that she has filed an FIR against Adil.

Rakhi Sawant was recently spotted visiting the Oshiwara Police Station in Mumbai, registering a case against her husband. She has already levelled various charges against her husband, Adil accusing him of failing to pay for her mother Jaya Bheda’s care. She also claimed Adil was to blame for her mother's death. She further stated that Adil informed her that he had broken up with her and was now living with his supposed girlfriend Tanu.

Rakhi said in the audio statement, “He got arrested because I filed an FIR against him”, “This is no drama. He spoiled my life. He thrashed me. He took away my money”.


She also accused him of torturing her and exploiting her as a stepping stone to becoming a Bollywood celebrity. Additionally, Rakhi said that Adil had stolen all of her money. She alleged that he had multiple criminal charges filed against him.
