Rajnikanth hosts Kantara actor-director Rishab Shetty at his home, praises film

Rishab Shetty - the writer, actor and director of the Kannada blockbuster Kantara - recently shared pictures of his visit to Superstar Rajnikanth's home, where he was feted by the veteran actor.

Since watching the movie, Rajnikanth has been gushing about the film, appreciating Shetty's performance. The Kollywood stalwart took to Twitter to praise the movie, calling it an Indian cinema masterpiece.



Shetty responded to Rajnikanth's praise-filled tweet quoting a line - “Naan our thadava sonna, nooru thadava Sonna maadhuri." - meaning, when I say something once, it's equivalent to me saying it a hundred times - from Rajnikanth’s 1995 film Baashha.

Rishabh thanked Rajnikanth and captioned the images saying that the team would praise Rajnikath a hundred times over for his praise of Kantara.
