Jharkhand
The IMD has forecast heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds across Jharkhand over the next four days.

According to the weather department, light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms, lightning and wind speeds of 40-50 kmph is likely across all 24 districts from July 7 to July 10. Heavy rainfall is expected at isolated places during this period.

Eight northeastern districts—Giridih, Dhanbad, Jamtara, Deoghar, Dumka, Pakur, Godda and Sahibganj—are likely to receive heavy rainfall on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The IMD said the changing weather system over Odisha is expected to trigger widespread rainfall across Jharkhand, with northeastern districts likely to receive the heaviest showers.
