Puch AI offers ₹2 lakh remote internship: No degree required, open to even 10th graders. Check how to apply

Puch AI has announced two remote internship positions, one for an Artificial Intelligence Engineering Intern and another for a “Growth Magician.” Successful applicants will work from home. Co-founder and CEO Siddharth Bhatia said the stipend for these roles ranges from ₹1 lakh to ₹2 lakh per month, depending on the position and the candidate’s suitability.

No formal degree needed

Bhatia clarified that academic qualifications are not mandatory. “We hired a high schooler last month,” he posted on X (formerly Twitter), highlighting the company’s flexible hiring policy.

How to apply

Applicants have been asked to comment directly on Bhatia’s X post, explaining why they should be chosen and what excites them about working at Puch AI. Direct messages will not be considered.

To encourage more applications, Puch AI has introduced a referral bonus. “Know someone who's a perfect fit? Tag them. If they’re hired, you win an iPhone! (One tag per comment),” Bhatia wrote.

Puch AI was founded by Siddharth Bhatia, an alumnus of the National University of Singapore, and Arjit Jain, a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. The startup aims to make artificial intelligence accessible to people in India regardless of language, educational background, or technical skills.

The announcement adds to the growing trend among Indian startups prioritising skills and potential over formal degrees in their hiring processes.
