Vince's 101-run knock included 14 fours and four sixes. His innings helped Karachi Kings recover after early wickets in the powerplay. Partnering with Khushdil Shah, Vince added 142 runs in 68 balls. Khushdil also made a valuable contribution with 60 runs. Although Vince was run out before the end, his performance laid the foundation for a four-ball-to-spare win in what became the highest successful run chase in PSL history.

Multan posts big total with Rizwan century

Earlier in the match, Multan Sultans scored 234/5 in 20 overs. Captain Mohammad Rizwan led the innings with a century, his second in PSL. Kamran Ghulam and Michael Bracewell added key runs to take the team to a strong total.

Vince credits surface and team effort

Speaking after the match, Vince said, “Quite a tough chase, but when we batted we realised how nice a surface this was. The way Khushdil batted was also great. When the rate gets beyond 15-16, the game gets away from you at any game.”

He added, “So the way Khushdil attacked CJ when the rate was climbing was amazing. I did the hard work so would have been nice to stay till the end, but we bat quite deep and that helps in chases like this.”
