The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is expected to announce the Class 5 anytime soon through the respective schools. The Class 5 exams were held from March 6 to March 12, 2026, in the morning shift from 9 am to 12 pm. The PSEB Class 5 results won't be available on any official website unlike the results of Class 8 which can be checked on the official website, pseb.ac.in.

Class 5 Result 2026 PSEB: Date and Time

The results for the Class 5th PSEB exams are expected to be announced by the PSEB are expected to be released anytime soon. According to reports emerging in the media, the scorecards are likely to be announced in the first week of April. However, the board has not made any official announcement in this regard.

According to reports, the results are likely to be announced in offline mode. The students can collect the marksheets from the respective schools. The PSEB Class 5th exams were held between March 6 and 12, 2026.

PSEB Class 5 results 2026: Past trends

PSEB Class 5 results have shown consistently strong performance trends in recent years. In 2024, the overall pass percentage stood at an impressive 99.84%. Girls slightly outperformed boys in the 2024 results and 550+ students scored full marks, highlighting high academic achievement. Pathankot district performed the best, while Mohali recorded comparatively lower results.

In 2025, over 3 lakh students appeared for the exam and around 2.99 lakh students successfully passed in 2025. Both government and private schools recorded pass percentages above 99%. The results reflect consistent and stable academic outcomes across Punjab.

Grading system

PSEB follows a defined grading framework based on percentage scores:

91–100: A+

81–90: A

61–70: B

51–60: C+

41–50: C

40 and below: D

The PSEB Class 5 result will also help identify students who may need early academic support, allowing schools to address learning gaps at the right stage. In some cases, students may be provided with detailed assessment sheets along with their marksheets to better understand their performance.
