Rapper King recently worked with singer Nick Jonas on a new version of his song called "Maan Meri Jaan (Afterlife)." He said that Priyanka Chopra told him that he was doing the "right thing." King recalled talking to Priyanka on FaceTime while he and Nick discussed their song. He described her as ‘humble’ and ‘sweet’, and revealed how she supported his collaboration with Nick.

Nick Jonas and King released a new version of the rapper’s Hindi song

“Maan Meri Jaan” earlier this month. Although the majority of the lyrics sung by King in the new song are in Hindi and are identical to the original, Nick provided English vocals. Since the song’s release on March 10, fans have been raving about Nick's love for Priyanka’s home country of India, and have praised him for singing in Hindi at one point in the song.




King discussed his FaceTime conversation with Priyanka Chopra in a new interview. He said that the day the song was about to come out, Nick texted him and asked for FaceTime and the Rapper said Okay. Nick called him, and they were talking about how much they appreciated each other’s hard work and everything, and Nick literally changed phone angles and said, “You can speak to Priyanka”.

The rapper said that Priyanka during their conversation was so sweet and humble. She has been a fantastic source of motivation for him. He admired Priyanka because, as an artist, she bridged the gap between Indian and Western cultures.

King, also known as Arpan Kumar Chandel, released his first single, “Tu Aake Dekhle” in 202-. However, it was not until last year that he captured the attention of fans all over the world with his song Maan Meri Jaan.
