Priyanka Chopra expresses excitement ahead of India visit after 3 years
Prianka Chopra posted photos of her boarding pass on Instagram to share her excitement about India visit after almost 3 years.

In the story, she writes that she’s "finally" going home after nearly 3 years. After the COVID pandemic, this would be her first trip to India. Priyanka was earlier supposed to visit India in April this year, but that did not happen for some reason.
In April, she told Travel + Leisure that she’s "dying to go back to India." She mentioned how every state in India has different clothes, foods, alphabets, attire, and holidays. She further added that in India, whenever "you cross the border," it’s like going to a new country. The former Miss World added that she makes the most of her time in India and does a bit of "holiday and travel" every time she goes back home.

In December 2018, Priyanka and Nick Jones tied the knot at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur in a much-talked about ceremony. The couple welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, via surrogacy earlier this year, in January.
Meanwhile, Priyanka continued to follow Indian tradition in her new home in Los Angeles. She conducted a puja and recently celebrated Diwali with her daughter Malti and her husband, Nick. The family performed puja while wearing ethnic clothes.
Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, was also part of their Diwali celebrations as she’s now staying with them to spend time with the baby girl.
