PlayStation has disclosed the free game lineup for PlayStation Plus subscribers in April 2023. The games included in the lineup are Meet Your Maker, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, and Tails of Iron. These games can be accessed by PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium tiers from April 4 to May 1.

Meet Your Maker, a building-and-raiding game in the first-person shooter category, will be launched on the day of release and is exclusive to PS Plus. Both PS4 and PS5 users can add these games to their game libraries until May 1, and subscribers can continue to play them as long as they remain subscribed to PS Plus.

On the PlayStation Blog, the company announced the April PS Plus free games, including Battlefield 2042, Minecraft Dungeons, and Code Vein, for multiplayer shooter and action-RPG fans. In addition, PS Plus subscribers can add the free games for March to their game libraries before April 3.


Meet Your Maker is a building-and-raiding game that also features first-person shooter gameplay mechanics, which was announced in August 2022 by Behaviour Interactive. Players are able to build and raid other players' outposts while navigating through a maze of traps, obstacles, and enemies. It is a Super Mario Maker-inspired game with an action-packed twist, including firearms, explosives, a melee weapon, and a grappling hook.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure is a 3D platformer by Sumo Digital and a spinoff of the LittleBigPlanet franchise. The game introduces improved movement mechanics for Sackboy, providing more agility and interactive gameplay. The game also supports up to four-player local and online multiplayer modes.

Tails of Iron is an action-RPG with Souls-like combat that was released in 2021. Players will assume the role of Redgi, the Rat Throne heir, on a mission to restore the kingdom destroyed by war. The game also features a wide range of crafting options, including weapon and armor blueprints and recipes, to assist players in their dangerous journey.

PS Plus subscribers can look forward to these three games in April, and both PS4 and PS5 users will be able to access them.
