Philips S7221 5G launched in India: Check price, specifications, colours, camera, battery and key features

The Indian smartphone market has a new entrant, with Philips expanding beyond its familiar range of televisions, grooming products and home appliances. The company has launched its first 5G smartphone in India, the Philips S7221 5G.

The new handset comes with features such as a 120Hz display, dual 5G SIM support, a 64-megapixel rear camera and a 5,700mAh battery.

The Philips S7221 5G is priced at Rs 20,499 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model costs Rs 22,499. The smartphone is available on Amazon in three colour options: Black, Blue and Grey.

Philips S7221 5G Display and Processor

The smartphone features a 6.67-inch HD LCD display with a 720 × 1,600-pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by an octa-core Spreadtrum T765 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone runs Android 16 out of the box.
