Parul Gulati recently offered a glimpse into her 4 BHK duplex in Mumbai, giving Archana Puran Singh, Parmeet Sethi and their sons a tour of the spacious residence. The home features contemporary interiors, personal memorabilia, workspaces and décor that reflect Gulati’s journey from actor to entrepreneur. She was recently seen on Season 2 of The Traitors, where she was eliminated from the reality show.

The home features a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, multiple work areas, a projector room and an expansive terrace overlooking Mumbai. Wooden elements, rattan-style lighting, large windows and carefully selected furniture give the interiors a warm, contemporary look.

One of the most striking spaces is the terrace, which has greenery, a bar-style counter, seating, a dartboard and city views. Gulati has also used the space to host celebrations, including her birthday and a party for her pet dog Malik.

From a 1 BHK to a 4 BHK duplex

During the home tour, Gulati recalled how her life in Mumbai began after she was selected for a television show through Facebook. She moved to the city with her mother and eventually stayed back to pursue acting.

“I got selected on Facebook. For a TV show. That’s how I came to Mumbai. So my mother came along and we stayed here. We didn’t go back. I started with acting. Then I started a hair business. Mummy and I did it together in a living room. Our house was nearby. We lived in 1BHK, then 2BHK, then 3BHK, then offices, then this house.”

Among the most personal items in the house is an old sewing machine that Gulati has retained from the early days of Nish Hair.

“This is a sewing machine. The first Nish hair was made on this. We started on this.”

Inside Parul Gulati’s Mumbai home

The living room features a large indoor swing, wooden accents and rattan-style hanging lights, while the dining space has a large wooden table. Large windows allow natural light into the home, while personal décor pieces add character to the interiors.

A second living area doubles as a workspace, with a whiteboard carrying tasks and targets. The setup offers a glimpse into how Gulati balances her creative work with running her business.

The kitchen has a modern modular design with grey cabinetry and dark countertops. Gulati revealed that her mother wanted a proper drawer-style kitchen, making practicality an important part of the space.

Projector room and bedrooms

The upper floor has two bedrooms belonging to Gulati. One doubles as a projector and TV room, while the master bedroom offers expansive city views.

The rooms have a comfortable, personal aesthetic, with artwork, décor and religious idols placed across different parts of the home.

A terrace for parties

The expansive terrace is one of the highlights of the duplex. Along with greenery and seating, it has a bar-style counter and dartboard, making it a space for entertaining guests.

Gulati has hosted both personal celebrations and pet parties there.

“I had my birthday party and Malik’s birthday party. Malik just turned one year old. There were many dogs. It was like a dog party.”

Apart from Nish Hair, Gulati has also ventured into hospitality in Goa. She owns Malkin Hostel, a restored Goan property with dormitories, private rooms, a swimming pool, garden and common areas. She also owns a two-bedroom villa in Nerul, Goa.
