A video of a Paris street performer singing 'Ajeeb Dastan' has recently gone viral on the internet where a street performer is singing Lata Mangeshkar's famous song 'Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh', from the 1960 Bollywood film 'Dil Apna Aur Preet Parai. Maheera Ghani, a Twitter user, took to the microblogging site to share the sweet gesture made by a street performer in Paris.

In the caption of her post, she explained how a Paris Busker approached her and asked where she belonged before performing a beautiful song in front of Palais Garnier.

"This guy inquired as to where I was from. I told him from Pakistan, and he began singing this in front of the Paris Opera Garnier "Ms Ghani wrote in her post's caption. Ms Ghani posted the video just a day ago, and it has already received over 200,000 views and 10,000 likes.



Internet users praised the man for going above and beyond to impress Ms Ghani. Several users remarked on how well he sang the Hindi song in his foreign accent. While some called the man's performance incredible and amazing.

"That's incredible. Our subcontinent travels with us, deep within our subconsciousness, and spills out to catch and infect all who come into contact with it "said one user. "He has such a lovely voice," said another.

A third user claimed, "He's singing nicely in a foreign language!" A fourth simply added, "wholesome".

Meanwhile, a similar video of a musician singing a Bollywood song in the streets of London had previously gone viral. The video showed the man singing 'Kesariya,' from the film 'Brahmastra,' starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. A large crowd was seen standing close to the man as he performed the song.
