OnePlus Pad tablet to release next month, Here's what to expect

OnePlus will launch its debut tablet, the OnePlus tab at its cloud 11 event, in Delhi, this year on February 7. Official website of the Chinese smartphone manufacturer lists the devices to be released in the said event. The website teased a look of the tab and described it as “boxes come in all shapes and sizes.” With this, OnePlus will have a tab in their portfolio.


Earlier, Abhishek Yadav, who is a reliable tipster, allegedly shared the first render of the tab. However, OnePlus has confirmed the news, as it is now listed on their website. The cloud 11 event page of their website names the devices to be launched. They are - OnePlus 11 5G, OnePlus 11R 5G, OnePlus Buds pro 2, OnePlus TV 65 Q2 pro, and the hyped OnePlus Tab.



The pad will likely have a Full HD+ OLED display of 12.4 inches.It will supposedly have 6GB of RAM and will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 processor. The teaser image of the tab on OnePlus’s website shows a single back camera configuration. Further reports suggest that it will have a 10,090 mAh battery with 45W fast charging.


The tab is expected to have an affordable price tag of below Rs 20,000. It will come equipped with Android’s latest offering for bigger devices, the Android 12L. This specially made android system has a different home screen, lock screen, notification shade configurations for ease of use in bigger devices.
