Twitter will consider the topics you follow, your voluntary engagement, and the tweets your network engages with to personalize recommendations for you. However, you can manage the recommendations via the sparkle icon on the top-right corner of your Home, where you can toggle between “For You” and “Latest”. “For You” shows tweets Twitter recommends, while “Latest” shows tweets from the accounts you follow.
