Nothing Phone 4b launch today in India: Expected price, specification, and features

Nothing is set to launch the Nothing Phone 4b in India today, July 7, at 3:30 pm IST. The smartphone will mark the debut of the company's new B-series lineup, positioned below the Phone 4a, and is expected to be one of Nothing's most affordable smartphones of the year. Alongside the handset, the company will also unveil the Nothing Ear 3a earbuds.

The launch event will be livestreamed on Nothing's official YouTube channel and social media platforms. Following the announcement, the Nothing Phone 4b will be available through Flipkart, authorised retail partners and Nothing's Bengaluru store.

Nothing Phone 4b expected price in India

Nothing has not officially revealed the price of the Phone 4b. However, reports suggest the smartphone could be priced below Rs 35,000, making it more affordable than the Phone 4a. The handset is expected to arrive in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB storage variants, while some reports indicate the company may introduce up to four RAM and storage configurations.

Nothing Phone 4b expected specifications

Nothing has confirmed that the Phone 4b will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with support for on-device AI features. Leaks indicate the handset could feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and Android 16-based Nothing OS 4.1.

The smartphone is tipped to sport a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Flexible AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to offer up to 256GB of onboard storage for apps, photos and media.

The Nothing Phone 4b is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. For selfies and video calls, the handset is tipped to include a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

On the battery front, reports suggest the Indian variant could pack a 6,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging, although some leaks have also pointed to a 5,400mAh battery. The official battery capacity will be confirmed during the launch event.

Nothing Phone 4b design and RCB Edition

The Phone 4b will retain Nothing's signature transparent-inspired design language with the Glyph Bar interface on the rear panel. The device will feature a flat back, dual cameras positioned in the top-left corner and a dedicated red recording LED. It is confirmed to launch in a Blue colour option, while reports suggest Black, White and Purple variants may also be introduced.

Nothing has also teased a limited-edition Nothing Phone 4b RCB Edition, inspired by Royal Challengers Bengaluru. The special edition will be available exclusively through the Nothing Bengaluru Store from 4 pm IST on July 7 in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.
