Noida: Register your pet dogs mandatorily by January 31, here's the registration process

The Noida authority has mandated pet registration and issued a warning that any delay past January 31, 2023, will result in increased fines. The authority announced its new pet policy on Monday. The annual registration fee for each pet has been set at 500. The Noida Authority Pet Registration (NAPR) mobile phone app can be used to register pets, according to the statement.

Additionally, the new policy made it necessary for pets to be sterilised and vaccinated against rabies. According to a statement made by the authority, failure to comply will subject the pet's owner to a fine of 2,000 per month.

How to Register

1. Open the Noida Authority Pet Registration Application to begin the pet registration process (NAPR).

2. Tap the "new registration" link on the home screen of the app.

3. Enter all of your pet's information, including name, age, breed, sex, date of vaccination, and photos in the form. Additionally, you must upload your document.

4. After feeling the information select the option to continue to pay.

5. One should read the terms and conditions that appeared on your screen. then press "I Agree."

6. After accepting the terms, select a payment method from the list, such as a debit card, SAMPAY, UPI, etc.

7. Complete the transaction and save a copy of the payment screenshot for your records.

According to the statement, "If a pet owner does not register their pet by January 31, 2023, they will be fined Rs 200. If they register their pet by February 28, they will have to pay an additional Rs 200 on top of the Rs 500 registration fee ".

It stated, "Any delay after February 28 will result in an additional registration fee of 700, as well as a penalty of 10 per day until March 31".
