In Noida, residents can expect mist or fog during the early morning hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 20 degrees Celsius and 10 degrees Celsius, respectively. Similar weather conditions have been predicted for Ghaziabad too with dense fog likely in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 16 degrees Celsius and 8 degrees Celsius, respectively.
In Meerut, the day will start with foggy to misty conditions, with temperatures around 9–11 °C early in the morning. Conditions are expected to remain mostly cloudy to heavily cloudy through late morning and early afternoon, with temperatures rising up to around 18–19 °C.

According to the IMD, Lucknow is likely to see a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers is expected during the forenoon. The weather in Lucknow is likely to become partly cloudy towards the evening and mainly clear by night. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 21°C and 12°C, respectively. The cities where the effect of fog will be more visible include Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharth Nagar, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Bagpat, Meerut, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly and Pilibhit.Meanwhile, on Wednesday, fog was visible from Lucknow, Agra, to Bulandshahr, Kanpur, Ghaziabad, and Noida. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is expected to remain dry in Uttar Pradesh on February 5 as well. Despite the sunshine, westerly winds blowing at speeds of 15–25 kmph will offer little relief from the cold. These chilly winds may lead to a slight drop in the minimum temperature, intensifying the morning and night-time chill.

“Rainfall is likely to continue till February 4 under the influence of two successive Western Disturbances. Due to the change in winds and increased atmospheric instability caused by these systems, the fog layer has thinned, resulting in a significant increase in day-time temperatures in the western and central parts of the state on Monday,” informed experts, reports The Indian Express.
