Nitin Manmohan dies at hospital in Mumbai after suffering cardiac arrest

Producer Nitin Manmohan died in a hospital in Mumbai. He was admitted to the hospital on December 3 after having a major heart attack.

Nitin Manmohan, a well-known producer, died on Thursday, December 29 in Bombay at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The experienced director was noted for his support for films such as Bol Radha Bol, Laadla, and others. He suffered a major heart attack on December 3, and was transported to Navi Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Kaleem Khan, a friend and producer, verified the news. Nitin has been in the hospital and on a ventilator for approximately 15 days, according to him. According to a source, even though his vitals readings are steady, he is still on the ventilator. The source further stated that he was being attended to by a team of numerous physicians and that the best care was being given to him.

His daughter Prachi previously verified the news, stating, “Dad is extremely critical”. “He hasn't recovered consciousness”, she added.


Nitin Manmohan's son Soham, who lives in Dubai, flew down to India on November 3 and has remained at his father's side ever since.
