New Maruti Alto K10 gets a complete makeover, show leaked images

Maruti Suzuki India is gearing up to launch its new generation Alto K10 on August 18.

The Alto K10 has got a complete makeover in terms of its features amd looks.

The new Alto K10 will come in multiple variants in Solid White, Granite Grey, Silky White, Sizzling Red, Speedy Blue and Earth Gold colour options.


According to the leaked images, the car will be comparatively longer and bigger in size to its earlier models. Some its exterior design has been borrowed from the new Celerio.

The new Alto K10 also come with redesigned headlamps and taillamps, larger front grille, redesigned new bumpet, and ORVMs and wheel caps. The new variant will also have better NVH performance. It boasts of enhanced safety features and more contemporary design.

The Alto K10 will also include manual air conditioning ,digital instrument cluster,remote key, four power windows and electrically adjustable ORVMs. Other features include 7 inch touchscreen infotainment system, dual front airbags, ABS and rear parking sensors.

The engine of the new car will be powered by a 1.0 liter K10C DualJet petrol engine, according to the leaked. India's largest carmake is also expected to launch a CNG version of the yet-to-be-launched car at a later date due to high demand.

The pre-bookings of the car have opened at a down payment of Rs 11,000. Orders can be placed on the company website as well as via Arena showrooms.

The Maruti Suzuki K10 was first launched in 2010. It's next gen model was introduced in 2012.
