Netizens criticise “Achha Sila Diya” remake featuring Nora Fatehi and Rajkummar Rao, say ‘Sonu Nigam is OG King’
Another rendition, another musical outpouring. Netizens are dissatisfied with Nora and Rajkummar Rao's interpretation of the famous song.

Ataullah Khan, a Pakistani artist, initially sang the song. The long video stars Rajkummar Rao and Nora Fatehi as loving partners, with Nora once again betraying the male protagonist, as she did in the classic Arijit Singh song ‘Pachtaoge’.
The original song ‘Achha Sila Diya’ is from the film Bewafa Sanam, starring producer Bhushan Kumar's uncle, Krishan Kumar. The original song was hugely successful since it included Sonu Nigam's vocals.
As soon as the song's rendition was published. Fans of Sonu Nigam, the OG King of Bollywood, were outraged by the song. One user commented “Sonu Sir's version is unmatchable”. Another commented “No one can beat Sonu sir's voice, he is the best”.
While a few netizens found the song intriguing, they were content with the fresh spin on a classic. One of the users said, “B Praak's voice is incredible. Bpraak music has the nicest feel”. While another appreciating “This song's lyrics are fantastic. Most significantly, Raj Kumar Rao's performance makes me sick”.
However, renditions and remixes of iconic chartbusters have received mixed-to-negative reactions. Tanishk Bagchi has received enough criticism from netizens. Even vocalist B Praak and lyricist Jaani have received a failing grade.
