The applicants claimed no clear reason was given for their visa rejection. This came at a time when the H-1B visa stamping has been delayed in India for months, ever since the social media vetting began on December 15, 2025. B1/B2s are short-term visitor visas for business or tourism and can't be used for work in the US.
