NEET UG 2026 Dress Code for Male and Female Candidates

Candidates wearing cultural or customary attire must arrive at the exam centre at least one hour before the final reporting time to complete the necessary frisking procedures. Wearing slippers or sandals with low heels is recommended. Candidates are advised not to wear heavy jewellery to the examination centre.

• Any kind of written or printed material, including loose sheets of paper
• Items like geometry or pencil boxes, plastic pouches, calculators, pens, scales, writing pads, pen drives, erasers, log tables, electronic pens/scanners, etc.
• Communication devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, fitness or health bands, etc.
• Personal belongings like wallets, sunglasses, handbags, belts, caps, etc.
• Watches, wristwatches, bracelets, cameras, and similar accessories
• Jewellery or any metallic objects

Important NEET UG 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates are required to arrive at their examination centre between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM. The entry gates will close strictly at 1:30 PM, and no entry will be allowed after that under any circumstances.

What Documents to Carry for NEET UG 2026 Exam

Candidates are required to bring their NEET UG 2026 admit card, a valid photo ID, and passport-size photographs. Biometric verification will also be carried out at the centres to confirm their identity.
