NEET UG 2026 will be conducted on May 3 in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The exam will be held in pen-and-paper mode across 552 cities in India and 14 cities abroad.
The question paper will carry 180 questions for a total of 720 marks. Physics and Chemistry will have 45 questions each, while Biology (Botany and Zoology combined) will include 90 questions. The total duration of the exam will be 180 minutes.

Steps to download NEET UG admit card 2026
- Visit the official website: neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the “NEET UG Admit Card 2026” link
- Enter application number and date of birth
- Submit details to access the admit card
- Download and verify all details
- Take a printout for exam day use
City intimation slip details
The city intimation slip informs candidates about the exam city and is meant to assist with travel planning. Candidates can download it by logging in to the official portal using their application number and date of birth. However, it is not a substitute for the admit card.Admit card mandatory for entry
