The NEET PG 2025 stray vacancy round (Round 4) allotment result was declared on February 21, 2026, on the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), mcc.nic.in. Candidates who registered for Round 4 and filled in their choices can check their results online.

• Visit the official MCC website for NEET PG counselling
• Go to the ‘Current Events’ section on the homepage
• Click on the PDF link announcing the stray vacancy round allotment result
• Open the PDF displayed on the screen
• Press CTRL+F and enter your name or roll number
• If listed, verify the allotted college and other details
• Proceed with the admission formalities accordingly

NEET PG 2025 last reporting date

Candidates allotted a seat in this round must complete the admission process and follow the rules of the respective college. They are required to report to the allotted institute on or before February 28, 2026, which is the last date for reporting.

Applicants must keep all original documents ready for verification at the institute. This round is considered the final opportunity to secure a seat in MD (Doctor of Medicine), MS (Master of Surgery), and PG Diploma courses.

The MCC conducted NEET PG counselling for 50 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats, Deemed and Central Universities, and ESIC/AFMS institutes. If seats remain vacant, the MCC may conduct an extended stray vacancy round.

Candidates allotted seats in the stray vacancy round must download the allotment letter from the official website and report to the respective institute within the specified time. Failure to report on or before the last date may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
