The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has postponed the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025. The decision comes in compliance with the Supreme Court directing that the exam must be held in a single shift rather two shifts.

As per the official notification issued by NBEMS today, the examination will be conducted in a single shift.

When will NBEMS issue new dates?

Due to the need to arrange additional test centres for conducting NEET PG 2025 in a single shift, fresh exam dates will be announced soon. NEET PG is a national-level entrance exam for medical graduates in India seeking admission to postgraduate courses such as MD, MS, and PG Diploma programs. It is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).
