Gujarat police have arrested three individuals, including two NEET aspirants, in connection with the Rajkot women's hospital video leak case. According to The Times of India, the accused hacked CCTV systems in hospitals and other public places, selling explicit videos on platforms such as Telegram.

The arrested suspects have been identified as Prajwal Taili from Latur, Praj Patil from Sangli, and Chandraprakash Phoolchand from Prayagraj.

Investigators revealed that the trio did not limit their activities to gynecological examination footage from hospitals but also stole and traded videos of women in public spaces.

"Taili, the alleged mastermind, and Patil were roommates in Latur preparing for NEET when they came up with the idea of selling illicit videos," a police officer stated.

Over a year, the suspects hacked CCTVs in hospitals, public venues, and other establishments across multiple cities, selling footage for ?2,000 to ?4,000 per video.

A cybercrime police officer added, "We are still investigating the full scope of their activities, including the number of videos they acquired and how many were sold."

Tracing the Crime & Social Media Operations

The Rajkot hospital video leak raised serious privacy concerns, prompting authorities to hand over the case to cybercrime and crime branches. Technical analysis led investigators to Latur, tracing the source of the breach.

For over a year, Taili distributed videos online, running a YouTube channel called ‘Megha MBBS Andamen Production’ and managing a Telegram group named ‘Demos Telegram Group’.

Patil helped manage group credentials and handled financial transactions. Phoolchand, from Bhins village near Prayagraj, operated a YouTube channel called ‘CP Monda’. Authorities revealed that the accused posted preview clips on YouTube and sold full videos to interested buyers, including hackers from Atlanta, USA, and Romania.

Use of Advanced Hacking Tools & Ongoing Investigation

The group allegedly used specialized hacking software to breach CCTV systems, stealing footage from various locations across India.
