National Creators Award: Meet Aman Gupta who got Celebrity Creator of the Year award
Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented the National Creators Award to acknowledge excellence across various domains. Aman Gupta, the co-founder and CMO of Boat, received the Celebrity Creator of the Year award.

According to a government press release, the first round of nominations garnered over 1.5 lakh entries across 20 different categories. Subsequently, approximately 10 lakh votes were cast for digital creators in various award categories during the voting round. Following this process, 23 winners, including three international creators, were selected.
The award ceremony recognized outstanding contributions in twenty categories, with Aman Gupta of Boat receiving the prestigious Celebrity Creator of the Year award.
Who is Aman Gupta?
Aman Gupta serves as the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Boat Lifestyle, a company specializing in a wide range of gadgets, from earphones to smartwatches.
In his LinkedIn profile, Gupta describes himself as a 'Hustler, Dreamer, and Adaa’s Dad.'
Prior to his role at Boat, Gupta worked as a management consultant at KPMG and served as the Director at Harman. Additionally, he co-founded Imagine Marketing India and currently chairs the D2C Council.
Gupta has been honored with numerous awards, including ET 40 Under 40 (2021), Businessworld Young Entrepreneur (2019), Entrepreneur India Tech 25 Class of 2019, Forbes Business Tycoon (2021), Entrepreneur Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), IAMAI Super 30 CMO of 2020, Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 in Consumer Durables, BW Businessworld's 40 under 40 in 2020, Pitch CMO of the Year (2022), Retailer India Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), IAMAI D2C Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), GQ Man of the Year, 35 Most Influential (2022), Lokmat Most Stylish Entrepreneur (2021), and Pinkvilla Entrepreneur of the Year (2022).
Aman Gupta is also known as the king of D2C.
In 2002, he attained his Chartered Accountant (CA) degree, becoming one of the youngest CAs in India. Gupta pursued further education and enrolled in the Indian School of Business (ISB) to obtain an MBA degree with a focus on finance and strategy. In 2015 Gupta, alongside Sameer Ashok Mehta, founded BoAt.
