South Indian superstar Nani's much-awaited action thriller film, Dasara, has released worldwide today. While the movie has been shot in Telugu, it will also be released in Hindi and Tamil to cater to the national audience. Directed by debutant Srikanth Odhela and starring Keethy Suresh as the lead actress, Dasara is considered a crucial film in Nani's career. With a budget of Rs 65 crore, the movie is expected to have a massive opening at the box office.

Nani explained that the concept of the film has mass appeal, which is why it was decided to release it in multiple languages. The story is set in a world that is alien to both Telugu and Hindi audiences, making it unique. He also mentioned that releasing a movie in multiple languages alone does not make it a pan-Indian film.

Nani while citing the examples of Baahubali: The Beginning, KGF, and Pushpa said, the idea of a pan-Indian movie has evolved over time. When Baahubali I was released, it was not a pan-Indian movie. However, the success of the first part led to a tremendous hype for the second part, making it a truly pan-Indian project. Nani pointed out that it is the audience's acceptance that makes a film pan-Indian.

Dasara is releasing alongside another big-budget movie, Ajay Devgn's Bholaa, which is a Hindi adaptation of the Tamil movie Kathi that was released in 2019, featuring Karthi in the lead role.

The release of Dasara has already sparked a lot of anticipation on social media. For those who intend to catch it in cinemas, it may be worthwhile to peruse reviews and feedback on various social media platforms.
