How to Apply Online for NABARD Grade A 2025

The NABARD Grade A 2025 application process is entirely online and comprises five steps:


Online Registration: Visit www.nabard.org and navigate to the career notice section. Select the link for “Recruitment to the Post of Assistant Manager (RDBS) in Grade ‘A’ – 2025” and register with basic details.

• Application Form: Enter educational qualifications, work experience, and exam center preferences.
• Upload Documents: Upload a clear passport-size photograph (20–50 KB) and signature (10–20 KB).
• Payment of Application Fee: Pay through online modes such as Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, UPI, or digital wallets.
• Submit Application Form: Verify all details and submit the form. Download a printout for future reference.
• Documents Required: Scanned photograph and signature, photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.), educational certificates, category/PwD certificate (if applicable), email ID, and phone number.

NABARD Grade A 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility varies by specialization:

• General: Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD – 55%) or postgraduate degree/MBA with 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD – 50%). CA/CS/ICWA and Ph.D. holders are also eligible.
• Chartered Accountant: Bachelor’s degree + ICAI membership.
• Finance: BBA/BMS (Finance/Banking), MBA/PGDM (Finance), or Bachelor of Financial & Investment Analysis.
• Computer/IT: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IT, Electronics, Data Science, ML, AI; alternatively, graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ Level.
• Agriculture & Allied Fields: Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degrees in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Fisheries, Horticulture, Forestry, and Food Processing.
• Engineering: Civil, Electrical, Environmental, and Geo-Informatics degrees at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
• Development Management & HR: Relevant undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, or Human Resource Management.
• Rajbhasha: Bachelor’s in English or Hindi with a PG Diploma in Translation, or Master’s degree in Hindi/English with relevant language study in undergraduate course.

Marks Requirements: Generally, 60% in undergraduate degrees and 55% in postgraduate degrees, with relaxations for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

NABARD Grade A 2025 Exam Pattern, Syllabus & Preparation Tips

The exam comprises Preliminary, Main, and Interview stages.

Prelims: Seven sections – Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, Economic & Social Issues, and Agriculture & Rural Development.
Mains: Three phases including a descriptive English test.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend a personal interview.

Prelims Syllabus Highlights:

• Reasoning: Puzzles, seating arrangement, inequalities, coding-decoding, blood relations.
• Quantitative Aptitude: Data interpretation, arithmetic, quadratic equations, simplifications.
• English Language: Reading comprehension, cloze tests, sentence improvement, para jumbles.
• General Awareness: Current affairs, banking, economy, insurance, science & technology.
