'My wife beats me, please help': Husband pleads with police for protection from domestic abuse by his wife in MP. Watch viral video

In a shocking incident, a railway employee has accused his wife of domestic abuse and filed a complaint with the Panna Superintendent of Police. Lokesh Manjhi, a 30-year-old loco pilot, alleges his wife, Harshita Raikwar, physically assaults him. He submitted video evidence recorded with a hidden camera to support his claim.

Manjhi married Raikwar in June 2023. He claims his wife, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law have been demanding money and jewelry since the marriage. He further alleges his wife restricts his contact with family and friends. Manjhi states, “My wife beats me, please help me, sir.”

In the viral video, the woman can be seen brutally attacking him brutally. Another woman tries to stop her, but she does not listen. She even kicks Lokesh in the face.


The incident reportedly occurred in Satna, where Manjhi currently resides. He claims he married Raikwar, whose father works at a petrol pump, without taking any dowry. He alleges his wife prevents him from communicating with his parents and restricts visitors to their home. He also claims she prevents him from seeing friends and does not contribute to household chores.

Manjhi reported a previous incident of assault involving his wife, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law to the Satna police on March 20, 2025. He alleges his wife threatened suicide and harm to their child if he involved the police. He claims, “My wife has even consumed mosquito repellent once. I am very scared and troubled.”

Superintendent of Police Sai Krishna S Thota confirmed receiving the complaint and video evidence. As the alleged incidents occurred in Satna, the case has been referred to the Satna police for investigation.
