Mumbai University First Merit List: Key details
Students who had applied for admission to various colleges can check the list on the website — mu.ac.in. The document verification and fee payment facility will be available from June 30 to July 6.

A number of renowned colleges affiliated to Mumbai University such as MVLU College, BK Birla College, KC College Ramnarain Ruia College, HR College of Commerce, and Khalsa College have released the first merit list of year 2022, as well as the cut-off for Undergraduate (UG) programmes on 29th June, 2022.
Other colleges affiliated to MU such as M.L. Dhanukar College of Arts and Commerce, Bandodkar College, Jai Hind College, KBP College, K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce, Burhani College, and many more will release its first merit list soon on their official websites.
The university has received approximately 6,45,228 applications. Also, 2,41,921 students have so far registered for Undergraduate(UG) programs. This year, Mumbai University will be able to conduct UG university admissions without waiting for the results of CBSE and ICSE Class 12 exams.
Mumbai University’s website has declared that the colleges would probably get permission for additional seats in order to meet the surplus. There was a 94.22% passing percentage for class 12th on June 8, according to the Maharashtra state board.
The document verification and fee payment process for the Mumbai University first merit list will be conducted between 30th June to 6th July, 2022. In order to prepare the first merit list, marks secured by candidates in Class 12th will be taken into consideration, along with the number of seats available.
There will be three UG merit lists released by the Mumbai University. The Mumbai University 2022 merit list for second and first round will be released on July 7 and July 14, respectively.
