The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has confirmed that the initial phases of both metro lines will soon be open to the public following final safety checks and trial runs.

Mumbai Metro Line 2B, part of the Yellow Line corridor, will initially operate between DN Nagar and Mandale (Mankhurd). This stretch will include five important stations:- Mandale

Mumbai Metro Line 9: Improving Northern Connectivity
Mumbai Metro Line 9 will begin operations on a 4.5 km stretch between Dahisar and Mira Road. The initial phase will include the following stations:- Dahisar
