The device sports a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and vibrant colors. For photography, it features a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Running on Android 15, the smartphone also offers an IP64 rating, providing resistance to dust and splashes.
Priced at CNY 1,399 (approximately $196) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, the new Moto G100 is now available for pre-order in China, with shipments scheduled to begin on October 23.
Despite using a two-year-old chipset, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 still delivers reliable mid-range performance, complemented by the larger battery that marks the most significant upgrade from its predecessor.
Interestingly, the new Moto G100 shares several similarities with the recently leaked Moto G36, hinting that it could be rebranded for international markets.
