After the last India Pakistan match Mohammad Rizwan said his life has changed for good.

Mohammad Rizwan has been playing for a long time, but it was his partnership with Babar Azam that changed his life. It was the 2022 T20 World Championship, where Rizwan and Babbar shared an unbeaten streak of 152 runs, beating India by 10 wickets. Not only did he make it better, but the losing team was their biggest rival, India, so the win was all the more special.

Mohammad Rizwan also recalled that the Pakistani shopkeeper didn't want to charge him for playing that phenomenal knock.

"When we won against India, that time, I thought it was only a match for me. It was because we won that game easily. But when I came to Pakistan, I realised how much it meant. Whenever I go to a shop, they won't take money from me. They would say, "you go, you go. I won’t take money from you!" said Rizwan

Despite Babar Azam playing second fiddle, Rizwan chased 152 runs and hit 55 to 79 balls. Pakistan stormed home with him over two overs.

Still, Rizwan couldn't help the team as Pakistan was unable to beat England as it went on a three-game losing streak. They've already lost the series and are poised to play Dead Rubber in Karachi. Skipper Ben Stokes said Monday's 22 season as the team's newfound aggressive approach continues to pay off in their favour. He hailed the England test series victory in Pakistan as "massive".
