MG Hector 2022 teaser released, reveals details of interior

MG Motor India is getting ready to launch the new version of its popular SUV, the Hector. Ahead of the launch, the carmaker has now issued a new teaser of the revamped version of the Hector SUV. The teaser video of the Hector 2022 SUV has revealed the interiors of the next-gen version.

"A symphony of luxury, the interior of the Next-Gen Hector is designed to offer an immersive experience with handcrafted textures, soft-touch tactile & versatile ambience. Stay tuned for more!," MG Motor said in the teaser.

The teaser has revealed the cabin of the SUV that will feature a huge 14-inch infotainment system which is expected to have Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and i-Smart connected car tech. As per the teaser, the SUV will have a dual-tone interior including a black coloured dashboard with a leather finish and chrome finishing. The chrome accent covers the width of the dashboard. The facelift offers an all-digital instrument cluster and a flat bottom steering wheel.


Besides, it has rectangular AC vents.

Earlier, MG Motor had revealed that the Hector 2022 to come with 'Argyle Inspired Diamond Mesh' front grille with sleek LED daytime and split LED headlamp.

The new Hector 2022 is expected to be launched during festivals in India. It is expected to come with a 2-litre diesel engine that can offer 168 bhp power and a 1.5-litre petrol version with 141 bhp output.

The new model will be sold alongside the older version but expectedly at a higher price.

The next-gen Hector, slated for a year-end launch, is expected to add to the growing momentum, MG Motor India stated earlier.

MG Motor is also expected to launch a new version of Gloster soon in India.

As the launch date comes nearer, MG Motor may release more teasers. So stay tuned.
