In the viral video, Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma can be seen discussing the nitty-gritty of the match. But something in the background caught the eyes of the netizens.
In the background, Ravichandran Ashwin can be seen sniffing his clothes.
The 11-second clip has now gone viral on Twitter and has been shared and liked by many.
"I just want Ashwin to keep playing just for such entertaining moments, meme gold!," wrote one Twitter user.
"This is what every boy does when it's time to change clothes," commented another
"It's a boy thing...," said a person reacting to that video.
Many users said that the video reminded them of their good old hostel days.
"Meanwhile Hostellers choosing clothes to get ready for class," another Twitter user said while sharing the video.
Another Twitter user said that for Ashwin it seems that "leaving the wide ball was easier than finding his jacket."
Some are not amused by it, though. "What's the big deal, I still do it with T-shirts and jackets," commented one Twitter user.
The veteran spinner on Sunday became India's leading wicket-taker in the history of the ICC T20 World Cup event.
Ashwin's all-time tally in ICC T20 World Cup has gone up to 32 wickets in 23 matches at an average of 16.40 and an economy rate of 6.32 and best bowling figures of 4/11.
India will now take on England in the second semi-final in Adelaide on November 10.
