Meet Afshin Esmaeil Ghaderzadeh, 20-year-old world's shortest man
It is now official that Afshin Esmaeil Ghaderzadeh is the shortest man in the world and has been crowned and confirmed by the Guinness Book of World records.

Afshin, who has never been away from his home, left with his parents for the Guinness Book of World Records office in Dubai, and the news was confirmed after 24 hours, during which he was measured thrice.
Many YouTube users congratulated the young lad after the Guinness Book of World records shared the video of Afshin being measured. Many wrote their views in the comments section wishing Afshin a happy and healthy life. Some of them even guessed that Afshin had a kind and generous personality.
An avid soccer fan, Afshin dons special clothes designed for three-year-old children. Afshin happily quipped his new-found fame will help him to support his parents, who sometimes struggle to find the money for his specialist care.
Afshin can speak Persian and Kurdish, along with the local Farsi dialect. The young man was born with a weight of 700 grams and grew to 6.5 kilos.
