Marvel Studios’ ‘Secret Invasion’ new trailer out; Watch Nick Fury gear up for a ‘last fight’

A fresh trailer for the upcoming Disney+ series, Secret Invasion, has just been released, triggering more excitement for Marvel fans who are eagerly anticipating Nick Fury's return to the screen.

In the new trailer for Secret Invasion, we witness Samuel L Jackson's character Nick Fury facing a daunting task without the assistance of the Avengers, stating "This war is one I have to fight. Alone". The show will revolve around Fury and Talos (Ben Mendelsohn) as they try to prevent the Skrulls, who have been covertly infiltrating Earth by masquerading as notable MCU figures, from achieving their goals.

In the upcoming series Secret Invasion, Fury (played by Samuel L. Jackson) is shown encountering new characters such as MI6 agent Sonya Falsworth (played by Olivia Colman) as he prepares for a final battle against the Skrulls, who have infiltrated Earth by disguising themselves as prominent MCU figures. Despite his reluctance to rely on his former Avengers colleagues, Fury is determined to fight this war alone. Fans have been eagerly anticipating new updates on the series, including a recent poster that merged Fury's face with that of a Skrull.




Emilia Clarke, known for her role in Game of Thrones, joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the agent Abigail Brand in the series. Also, Cobie Smulders' Maria Hill and Martin Freeman's Everett K Ross are back. Kingsley Ben-Adir plays Gravik, the villain of the show. The series will premiere on Disney+ on June 21, 2022. In a previous interview, Freeman revealed that the show's tone is unique, as it is "pretty dark" both literally and figuratively.
