Major Hindu Festivals in March 2026

Holi 2026 – Festival of Colours (4 March)
One of the most widely celebrated Hindu festivals, Holi in 2026 falls on Wednesday, 4 March, with Holika Dahan observed on the evening of 3 March. The festival symbolises the triumph of good over evil and marks the arrival of spring. Celebrations include playing with colours, singing, dancing, and festive gatherings with family and friends.


Holi Bhai Dooj will be observed on 5 March 2026.

Rang Panchami – 8 March
