The man named Periasamy was left aghast when he received two packets of condoms instead of his orders. Deeply annoyed by the mix-up, Periasamy immediately took to Twitter to share his experience with a photo of the items received. Swiggy swung into action and resolved the issue.
As soon as the issue was resolved, Periasamy deleted the tweet but another user shared a screengrab of it on Twitter.
“My thoughts are with the other guy who got ice cream & chips!" The Twitter user who posted the screengrab wrote. The incident was quickly lapped up by twitterati.

As more and more people have been using online platforms to get many things of their daily use delivered at their doorstep, such goof-ups have become quite common these days.
Recently, another hilarious incident of a delivery goof-up grabbed the headlines, where a cake which was ordered via Zomato had something weird written on the icing “Bring 500/- change".
Actually, when a woman called Vaishnavi Mondkar ordered a cake, she also mentioned a delivery instruction: “Bring 500/- change", but instead of bringing the change, the delivery partner wrote the same words on the icing and that thoroughly entertained the twitterati.
