The video has been shared on Twitter by show host R Lungleng explaining that a person in Nagaland had brought an Oxford English dictionary to his show to gauge the vocabulary in Shashi Tharoor’s talk. Lungleng captioned the video as ‘Bringing a dictionary along was considered a joke statement until I saw this’.

The netizens found the video amusing and humorous, and dropped in teary-eyed laughing emojis in the comment section. The Congress MP’s choice of words often amazes people about his great knowledge of words, and at the same time keeps them guessing the meaning of those words.
