Maharashtra State Board Exams Results are due in 2nd week of June

As per officials, the students can now heave a sigh of relief as results will be declared by the 2nd week of June. Tentative date for the results to be announced has been stated as the 10th of June. What might delay the release of the results could be the effect of teachers of unaided schools protesting the evaluation process. The teachers of unaided schools had begun protests demanding 100% support of government grants for their schools. But before the demonstration by teachers of unaided schools could have any adverse effect, a strict warning was issued by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). The notice given to quell the protest was that the protesting teacher's schools would lose their accreditation and, at the same time, might not be considered an examination centre in the future.

Having calmed the teacher's protest, the board officials explained the process of examination answer papers. The officials were quick to issue the warning so that the evaluation process was not delayed due to this protest. Board officials claimed that answer scripts were not evaluated and sent to the board on time, on condition of anonymity. The evaluation by teachers is not the final process, the officials explained. However, after evaluation, papers are sent to the moderators, who then compile and process them for all the students. Then the results are declared on the MSBSHSE website.

• Click on the "latest notification" section, or once the results are declared, students can click on the "Maharashtra Board Result" link.
• Fill in the "Roll Number" and "Date of Birth" as asked.
• The results of the concerned student will then be displayed.
• Please "download", "save", and "take a print-out" of the result for future use.
