Maharashtra HSC 12th results declared: Check for links to know results

Maharashtra State Board for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) have announced the results for Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) 12th today, June 8, 2022. The HSC 12th results will be declared today through the official MSBSHSE websites - maharesult.nic.in and hscresult.mkcl.org.

Examinations for the 12 theory HSC 12th subjects were conducted between March 4 to April 7, 2022. Practical exams were conducted between February 14 to March 3, 2022. More than 14,85,000 appeared for the examination, out of which 8,17,000 were boys, and 6,68,000 were girls. These numbers make HSC one of the largest state boards in the country for 12th in terms of headcount.

In 2021, about 13,19,754 students appeared for HSC 12th board exams, out of which 99.63% cleared the examination. The examinations were held between March 4 to March 30, 2021. However, the examination was held in online mode, resulting in a significant jump in the passing percentage. For context, out of the 14 lakh students who took the HSC 12th exam in 2020, just before the pandemic broke out, less than 91% of students cleared the examination.

Those who wish to opt for re-evaluation of their papers, recounting of individual subjects, or want photocopies of their answer sheets can apply between June 10 to June 20, 2022. For complete rechecking of their papers, students need to procure the photocopies and submit their applications online within five days of receipt of the same, along with the prescribed re-evaluation fees.

Students can collect their printed physical mark sheets from their respective colleges from 3:00 pm, June 17, 2022.
