The clues to reveal the release date for Lupin Season 3 were found within the Netflix interface itself. The avatars associated with the show were updated with numbers overlaid on them, which caught the attention of a viewer. Two of the numbers were deduced to represent the year "23," and the remaining numbers and exclamation mark suggested a date of "05/10/23." As there has been no announcement of a May release, it can be assumed that the show will return on October 5th, 2023.


Lupin Part 3’s storyline will follow the main character Assane who is in hiding and has to live apart from his family. Unable to bear the pain his family is going through because of him, he decides to go back to Paris and suggests a radical plan to leave France and start a new life elsewhere. However, his plans are disrupted when someone unexpectedly returns, bringing back memories from the past.



Lupin's first season debuted on Netflix on January 8, 2021, with filming primarily taking place in Paris at locations such as La Naumachie pond in Parc Monceau and Musée Nissim de Camondo on Rue de Monceau. The second season was released a few months later on June 11th.
