Lifestyle company Diesel launches Griffed Gen 6 Smartwatch with Google’s Wear OS 3 operating system

In 2022, we witnessed a rise in the demand for smartwatches, and this new craze for wearables has pushed several big brands to expand beyond the smartphone production and launch their own smartwatches. And by the looks of it, it's only going to get bigger and better in 2023. Here's a list of advanced and cooler smartwatches that are set to launch in 2023.

After mesmerising the audience with the Apple Watch Ultra in 2022, the tech giant is gearing up to launch the Apple Watch 9 series, which is one of the most anticipated smartwatches of 2023 already. The smartwatch might come with a flat edged design.

While Samsung hasn't even yet officially announced the Galaxy Watch 6 and 6 Pro, speculations reveal that the tech giant will release the wearable next year in August. Both the smartwatches will come in two different sizes.

According to reports, the smartwatch will be priced somewhere around in the mid to high range and flaunt a circular dial with different colour variants.

After smart glasses, Facebook is working on a smartwatch that it plans to launch in 2023. As per reports, the upcoming smartwatch by Facebook will come with a detachable display and dual-camera setup.

The Fitbit brand is one of the go to brands for all the sports and adventure enthusiasts. So of course, many have their eyes on what Fitbit has planned for 2023. As per reports, the tech company will be launching the Fitbit Versa 5 Watch which will most likely be powered by the Qualcomm Wear Snapdragon 3100 CPU and Android OS.

There has been a lot of noise surrounding the upcoming smartwatch, the Xiaomi Mi Watch 3 is rumoured to come packed with Qualcomm's flagship watch processor. The Xiaomi Mi Watch 3 will feature a 1.65-inch AMOLED Gorilla Glass 3 display.

The next in line from OnePlus in 2023 is the OnePlus Nord Watch 2 which will reportedly come with a 1.4-inch TFT touch screen with 350-nits of brightness. The smartphone may pack a 230mAh battery which will reportedly last up to 8 days.

Just like Fitbit is also a fan-favourite brand for adventure chasers. The upcoming smartwatch by the brand, the Garmin Fenix 8 will sport a rugged look and come with two sensors. It will feature a touch display and will be waterproof.
