Complete registration. Upload required documents
Pay the application fee Submit the form and download confirmation. Application fee is ₹800 with 18% extra GST. Fee is non-refundable.
Check eligibility, selection process
The minimum age limit for eligible candidates should be 21 years and maximum can go upto 30 years. Age will be calculated as on April 1, 2026.Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks
Degree must be from a recognized university (Distance, correspondence, or part-time courses are not eligible)
Candidates must have basic computer knowledge and must be an Indian citizen
Work experience is preferred but not mandatory
LIC HFL recruitment 2026: Salary expectations
Selected candidates will get a starting basic salary of ₹20,000 per month. The total annual CTC is expected to be between ₹4.64 lakh and ₹4.98 lakh, depending on the job location. In addition, employees will receive benefits such as House Rent Allowance (HRA), meal coupons, Provident Fund contribution, mediclaim, group insurance, and performance-based increments.Selection process
The selection process has two stages: an online examination and an interview. The online test will cover English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Computer Skills. It will consist of 200 questions for 200 marks, and negative marking will be applied for wrong answers.LIC Housing Finance Limited is recruiting 180 Junior Assistant posts across multiple states such as Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, and Bihar.
