The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has announced the third lottery results for the 2026–27 academic session, providing clarity to thousands of parents awaiting admission for their children in Balvatika and Class 1.

The lottery results for Balvatika were released on April 8, while the Class 1 results were declared on April 9, 2026. Parents who completed the online registration between March 20 and April 2 can now check their child’s admission status on the official KVS websites.

Step 2: Click on "Admission 2026-27 Second Provisional Selection List"
Step 3: Select your state, city, and Kendriya Vidyalaya name
Step 4: Use Ctrl+F to search for your child’s name in the list

Important Instructions for Parents

Complete Admission Formalities on Time
Schools have set specific deadlines for completing admission procedures, many of which are close to ending. Parents are advised to act promptly.

Submit Required Documents
Candidates must provide necessary documents such as proof of age, residence certificate, service certificate (if applicable), caste certificate (for reserved categories), and income certificate for RTE applicants.

Physical Verification is Mandatory
Parents must visit the allotted school in person for document verification. Selection through the online list alone does not confirm admission.

Note on Admission Cancellation
Failure to complete the admission process within the given timeline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat. The seat will then be offered to waitlisted candidates in the upcoming lists.
