Kriti Sanon, who was recently seen in Cocktail 2, has added another luxury property to her portfolio with the purchase of a sea-facing duplex penthouse in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood.

The actor, who has completed 12 years in the film industry and has a National Award to her credit, bought the lavish Mumbai home in 2025 for nearly Rs 78 crore.

The duplex penthouse is located in Supreme Prana, an exclusive residential tower in Bandra West’s sought-after Pali Hill area. Spread across the 14th and 15th floors, the property has a carpet area of around 6,636 sq ft.


One of its biggest highlights is its panoramic view of the Arabian Sea. The elevated location offers uninterrupted sea views, adding to the appeal of the luxury residence.

The property also comes with a private terrace measuring approximately 1,209 sq ft. The expansive outdoor space offers sea-facing views and provides room for hosting guests or spending time away from the bustle of the city.
